After a strong outpouring of support from viewers, the NHRA Full Throttle Drag Racing Series will return to ESPN3 for the rest of the 2012 season beginning with coverage of this weekend’s Arizona NHRA Nationals at Firebird International Raceway in Phoenix.
ESPN’s live 24/7 multi-screen sports network will air live
action from Friday qualifying at Phoenix at 6 p.m. ET today. In addition, ESPN3
will air full coverage of Sunday’s eliminations action starting at 1 p.m.
On television, ESPN2 will air
highlights of Phoenix qualifying on Saturday, Feb. 18, at 8 p.m. and coverage
of eliminations airs Sunday, Feb. 19, at 9 p.m. ESPN2 and ESPN3 also are
available on computers, smartphones and tablets with WatchESPN.
