zMAX Wants to Know: What Can YOU Do in 4 Seconds?

The fastest accelerating machine on the planet, an NHRA Top Fuel dragster, will reach 325 mph in less than four seconds. Now, fans can submit videos showing what they can do in less than four seconds to zMAX Dragway's Facebook page for the chance to win a VIP experience to the greatest spectacle in drag racing, the NHRA Four-Wide Nationals, April 13-15.

Videos submitted during the "What Can You Do in Four Seconds?" contest, can range from the mundane, such as reciting the alphabet, to the extraordinary, such as dribbling a basketball coast-to-coast and making a layup. However, the entries will be judged and fans are advised to take heed of a tried and true NHRA slogan, "Go Full Throttle or go home!"

NHRA Full Throttle Drag Racing Series Top Fuel driver Antron Brown did more than a dozen tasks in less than four seconds for a 2010 zMAX Dragway PR campaign, "What Can Antron Do in Four Seconds?" He offered this advice:

"Just get creative and go for it," said Brown, driver of the Matco Tools Top Fuel dragster for Don Schumacher Racing. "You can say the alphabet, chug a Full Throttle, spell my owner's last name correctly or run the 40-yard dash... though if you do that in less than four seconds, you're going to make some serious cash one day. NHRA fans are some of the most passionate fans in all of sports and the winner's VIP package is made for fans with the 'Nitro Gene!'"

The winner of the "What Can You Do in Four Seconds?" video contest will receive four suite tickets to Sunday's Eliminations, April 15, during the NHRA Four-Wide Nationals at zMAX Dragway, VIP parking, a photo with all three Full Throttle Drag Racing Series winners in Winner's Circle and a ride down the Bellagio of drag strips in a two-seat dragster.
